No Heli crashed like that. Another thing to make you go hmmm... ever seen teh downdraft from rotor blades? As the hot ai=r above the Heli would keep rising and the downdraf would blow the smoke away from them, they should have been able to do the job wiothout too many problesm (Not saying they would not get irradiated to a degree - just not necessarily fatally).

When the reactor of Fukushima needed to be cooled the the Americans and Germans transported the worlds largest concrete pump, a 72 meter long monster to Japan by the worlds largest plane from Antonov. The concrete pump was going to be remote controlled and would be pumping water over the reactor day and night for months. Pumping capacity about 200m3 per hour. Talking about a global cooperation. This scene had 2 major visual flaws. #1 The down-wash from the helicopter's rotor should have been blowing that smoke all over the place when it passed through it # 2, there would have been a big fireball when it crashed and smoke rising where it did. I saw neither. Great series anyway.

Comparison? Dangerous Waters is a rather serious sensor sim with a lot of possibilities due to the sandbox nature of the game. Cold Waters is as shallow as a dirty puddle where the only thing you ever need to do to escape death is to wiggle your subs tail. One is a sim, the other a fucking mobile game that was released for Windows for whatever reason. Cold Waters is DRECK.
